"Housings"

New Jersey's Urban Centers have a diverse mix of Public Housing. This First Phase of research will identify Public Housing in the major urban areas of New Jersey and both qualify and analyze them in terms of occupancy success. This will be preparation for a Second Phase of investigations, where there will be proposals for elements that can improve and benefit the populations housed within.
